NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-006042 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Successor to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Successor to Southtrust Bank, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Stephen R. Swallow, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 223, PINEY POINT HOMEOWNERS COOPERATIVE, A COOPERATIVE ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “B” (PLOT PLAN) OF THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1240, PAGE 1908, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1984, MAKE: CON-CAMP, VIN#: GH08049A AND VIN#: GH08049B
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
