McIntosh, The Waterfront in Naples Condominium Association, Inc., US Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-S4, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Collier County Board of County Commissioners, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
