NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010571 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA the Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT 2004-08CB, is the Plaintiff and John A. Cain A/K/A John Cain A/K/A John Adrian Cain; Ana C. Cain A/K/A Ana Cain A/K/A Ana Cecilia Cain A/K/A Ana Cecilia Navarro Nunez And Regions Bank As Successor By Merger To Amsouth Bank are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
TRACT 136, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 12, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 105 AND 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 316 FEET THEREOF
