NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001676 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and RAYMOND A. MERRILL, et al., are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 31st day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 71, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Street Address: 5221 10th Ave. SW, Naples, FL 34116 N/K/A 5221 Boxwood Way, Naples, FL 34116.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
