Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 11, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on August 6, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 137 OF WILLOUGHBY ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 24 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at eleven o'clock a.m., on August 31, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
