PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-KS11, is the Plaintiff and PURNIE W. DRAPER, JR. A/K/A PURNIE W. DRAPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PURNIE W. DRAPER, JR. A/K/A PURNIE W. DRAPER N/K/A EDITH DRAPER are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on September 3, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK D, UNIT NO. 1 TRAILWINDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
