NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000433-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Chapel Pines Homeowners Association, Inc.; Jason A. Vitulli; Lorelei D. Vitulli; Wells Fargo Bank N.A. f/k/a Wachovia Bank, N.A. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 108, BLOCK L, CHAPEL PINES - PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 85 THROUGH 88 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
