NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-008484-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Patricia Ann Stoneham Crabtree a/k/a Patricia Ann Crabtree a/k/a Patricia A. Stoneham, Individually and as Trustee of the Testamentary Trusts Created Under The Last Will and Testament of Edward C. Stoneham, Deceased and Joshua Robert Crabtree and Patrick Edward Crabtree and Caitlin Melissa Crabtree are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 31, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1244, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT FIVE A, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 126 AND 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
