NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003858-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas formerly known as Bankers Trust Company, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-QS1 is the Plaintiff and Dennis L. Koslin; Janet Marie Koslin; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association; Stagecoach Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, STAGECOACH VILLAGE, PARCEL 7, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE(S) 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
