NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 07, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-004764 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and REBECCA WILLIAMS A/K/A REBECCA H. WILLIAMS; CHARLES DAVID WILLIAMS A/K/A CHARLES D. WILLIAMS A/K/A CHARLES WILLIAMS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 01, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 325 FEET OF THE WEST 690.20 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO RIGH OF WAY FOR STRAUSS ROAD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
