NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008248 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WF2, is the Plaintiff and Adell Leonard Nattiel a/k/a Adell Lenard Nattiel, as an Heir of the Estate of Lucille Nattiel, deceased, Leafus Thomas Jr as an Heir of the Estate of Lucille Nattiel, deceased, Linda Lucille Nattiel, as an Heir of the Estate of Lucille Nattiel, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Lucille Nattiel, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
