NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-000205 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, PATRICK W. ROBINSON A/K/A PATRICK ROBINSON A/K/A PATRICK WAYNE ROBINSON, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WILLIAM POTEETE, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICK W. ROBINSON A/K/A PATRICK ROBINSON A/K/A PATRICK WAYNE ROBINSON, DECEASED; DONNA GAIL WOOD, MOTHER AND NATURAL GUARDIAN OF SHAWN ROBINSON, A MINOR CHILD, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICK W. ROBINSON A/K/A PATRICK ROBINSON A/K/A PATRICK WAYNE ROBINSON, DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 9/8/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
