NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-019102 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRSUTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, F/B/O THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR6, Plaintiff, and, PIERCE II, ARTHUR, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of September, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 8, RIVER BEND PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE(S) 127 THROUGH 142, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
