NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-008496 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CRMSI REMIC SERIES 2006-01 - REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-01 is the Plaintiff and MART D. SADLER; CARI SADLER; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 08, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FL, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN ORB 12127 PAGE 1041, ID #023742.9044, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED LOT 18, WINGATE VILLAGE UNIT I, RECORDED 6/23/1978, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 48 AT PAGE 96. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CARL L. RAISH, HUSBAND AND WIFE TO MART D. SADLER AND CARI SADLER DATED 11/15/2002 , RECORDED ON 11/25/2002 IN OR BOOK 12127, PAGE 1041 IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
