NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1st, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-010456, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. M & T Bank, Plaintiff and SHOWNUN W GARBETT; JAMES S GARBETT SR., ESQ.; ET AL, are defendants.
