NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 05, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-014461 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPHINE PURDESSY A/K/A JOSEPHINE SPICOLA A/K/A JOSEPHINE SPICOLA-PURDESSY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 9/22/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
