NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 14 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-017093 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee for the Certificateholders of the GSAA Home Equity Trust, Asset-Backed Certficates Series 2005-10, is the Plaintiff and Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Becky Pearce, Jimmy Pearce, Valrico Grove Homeowners Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
