NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-012983 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OC1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OC1 is the Plaintiff and Paul S. Wong; Unknown Spouse of Paul S. Wong; City of Tampa, Florida are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 11 OF GATEWAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE WEST THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
