NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2015, and entered in the above styled case, wherein WESTLAKE VILLAGE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PAUL ZIMORSKI and JAMIE RUBIN, et al, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on September 1, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
