NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2015, and entered in 13-002872-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS R. PACHECO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS R. PACHECO; CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 02, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 41, MEADOW LAWN SEVENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 13 AND 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
