NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-009897-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff and ROBERT L. SMITH; STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 2, POINT PINELLAS HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 64 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
