ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FL, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 8604 PAGE 14, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 33, BLOCK 97, SECTION D LAKEWOOD ESTATES, FILED IN BOOK 7 AT PAGE 29.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Amanda Griffin, Esquire, Brock & Scott, PLLC., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1501 N.W. 49th Street, Suite 200, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 33309, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before 9-14-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
