NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure date entered on July 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-000514-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FORSECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2005-FR5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FR5 is Plaintiff , REBECCA A. BERKHOUSE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 23, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO REBECCA A. BERKHOUSE AND MEXI F. HECK BY DEED FROM G. SCOTT BLANCO AND LAURA L. BLANCO, HUSBAND AND WIFE RECORDED 07/23/2004 IN DEED BOOK 13724 PAGE 943, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
