NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure date entered on July 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-000514-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FORSECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2005-FR5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FR5 is Plaintiff , REBECCA A. BERKHOUSE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 23, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

A PORTION OF LOT 13, BLOCK 7, ORANGE HILL HOMES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13, RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 13 A DISTANCE OF 12 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE SOUTH 72 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 08 SECONDS EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND LOT 14 OF SAID BLOCK 7 LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION THEREOF; FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 14 RUN NORTHERLY ALONG EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14 A DISTANCE OF 14 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 14; THENCE SOUTH 76 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 51 SECONDS EAST 108.45 FEET TO THE POINT OP BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO REBECCA A. BERKHOUSE AND MEXI F. HECK BY DEED FROM G. SCOTT BLANCO AND LAURA L. BLANCO, HUSBAND AND WIFE RECORDED 07/23/2004 IN DEED BOOK 13724 PAGE 943, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
