NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-3608 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF4 is Plaintiff and RAJENDRA PRASAD, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., NAREE LAY, SENG LAY, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
