NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-010592-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and John E. Brunner a/k/a Johnny Brunner; Tracy c. Wolf a/k/a Tracy Wolf; Cloverplace Condominium Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 154, CLOVERPLACE, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5669, PAGE 189, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 77, PAGE 44, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
