NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 522012CA003114XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-CB7, is Plaintiff and THE TRAN A/K/A THE VAN TRAN, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 92, of Autumn Run Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page(s) 35 and 36, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 6521 Cedarbrook Drive, Pinellas Park, FL 33782
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
