NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21st, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-011201-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-FLX2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 FLX2 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2007, is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HERIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST JACQUELYN ONALEE BEARD, DECEASED; et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, UNIT “A”, RICHLAND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
