NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-007445-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH M. POLIAK; et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 11th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 305, OF SHORE MANOR BUILDING OF TOWN APARTMENTS SOUTH NO. 102, INC., A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 30 AND 31, AND DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2696, PAGE 454 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
A/K/A 1898 SHORE DR. S., APT 305, SOUTH PASADENA, FL 33707-4650
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
