NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate the July 6, 2015 Foreclosure Sale Date, Release third Party funds, and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date dated July 6, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 12-007679-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff and BRIAN PATTERSON, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 29, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 110 AND ALL OF LOT 111, OF SUNILAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
