NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-015331, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR PROF-2013-S3 REMIC TRUST III is Plaintiff, and CHARLES SENTER JOHNSON A/K/A CHARLES S. JOHNSON; TIMOTHY H. JOHNSON; EVELYN HAWLEY JOHNSON; CLAUDIA JOHNSON A/K/A CLAUDIA SULLIVAR; CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A.; TD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH MERCANTILE BANK; TIERRA VERDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE VILLAGE AT TIERRA VERDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 31st day of August, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 108, BUILDING 10, PHASE 2, THE VILLAGE AT TIERRA VERDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5282, PAGES 1738 THROUGH 1835, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS ALSO RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 63 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITHIN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
