NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 6, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-007191-CI, DIVISION: 008, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and CHARLES W. PAPP A/K/A CHARLES PAPP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES W. PAPP A/K/A CHARLES PAPP IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TOWN APARTMENTS, INC. NO. 14, A CONDOMINIUM; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 1st day of September, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 22, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 14, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGES 28 AND 29, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2679, AT PAGE 505, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
