NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 19, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-012910, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff, and JANE DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANE DAVIS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; ISLAND POINT, INC., NO.1, A CONDOMINIUM A/K/A ISLAND POINT, INC., NO.1; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 4th day of September, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 104, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CONDOMINIUM UNITS OF ISLAND POINT NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 41 THROUGH 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIVED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3985, PAGE 413, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
