NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-009888-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS OF AAMES MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-3, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST. is Plaintiff and OLLIE R. DENNIS A/K/A OLLIE DENNIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLLIE R. DENNIS A/K/A OLLIE DENNIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; CLEARWATER NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES, INC.; PROGRESSIVE EXPRESS INSURANCE COMPANY; EXCALIBUR I, LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CHASE MANHATTAN BANK, A CORPORATION; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 15 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK B, SPRINGFIELD SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
