DEAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, DATED 10/01/2002 RECORDED ON 10/03/2002 IN OR BOOK 12258, PAGE 1004 IN PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FL. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CARNWELL C. DEAN, SR., AND HELEN E. DEAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, TO CARNWELL C. DEAN, SR., AND HELEN E. DEAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND CARNWELL C. DEAN, JR., A MARRIED PERSON AS JOINT TENANTS WITH FULL RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, DATED 07/09/1991 AND RECORDED 07/12/1991, IN OR INSTRUMENT # 91-185544, IN PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FL.
