Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 15-1883-CO-042, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT NUMBER 604, LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6000, AT PAGE 1082 ET SEQ., AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 85109194, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OWNERSHIP OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on September 11, 2015. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
