NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-007689-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JILL MONTEATH A/K/A JILL V MONTEATH A/K/A JILL VIOLET MONTEATH F/K/A JILL WAINWRIGHT, COUNTRYSIDE AZAELA CONDOMINIUM, LIBERTY BANK, TENANT 1 UNKNOWN, TENANT 2 UNKNOWN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JILL MONTEATH A/K/A JILL V MONTEATH A/K/A JILL VIOLET MONTEATH N/K/A RODNEY WAINWRIGHT, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 706, Building No. 7, Phase 5, of Azalea Woods Condominium II, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 74, Pages 66, 67 and 68, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 77, Page 43 et seq. and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5704, Page 395, et seq., as amended by O.R. Book 5786, Page 1267 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
