NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-000391 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and CINDI L. RICE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A JESSICA WINDHAM, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CINDI L. RICE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16, map or plat entitled “Block 26, TARPON SPRINGS” as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 8, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, of which Pinellas county was formerly a part, Also known as Lot 16, “LAKE BUTLER VILLA COMPANY`S SUBDIVISION REPLAT OF BLOCK 26”, Town of Tarpon Springs, as per deed, and being recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
