NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3RD day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 07009585CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-5. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER R. TATE A/K/A CHRISTOPHER RAY TATE; LOTI TATE; RAYMOND PRZYBYLSKI; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NANCY TATE A/K/A NANCY JEAN TATE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER R. TATE A/K/A CHRISTOPHER RAY TATE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of September, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 50 FEET OF THE WEST 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 132 FEET OF EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
