NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-000348-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and AMY N. FERLAND A/K/A AMY FERLAND; SCOTT R. FERLAND; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, ALLEN'S RIDGE - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 21 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
