NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above entitled cause in Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property located in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
SOUTH 28.58 FEET OF LOT 44 AND THE NORTH 35.71 OF LOT 45, OF MICHIGAN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

The Clerk of Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on October 6, 2015, to the highest bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on the prescribed date.
Pursuant to Section 45.031(2), Florida Statutes, any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
