NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 15-CI-001960, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, that Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash through an on-line sale conducted at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 7, ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD TOWNHOMES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 131, Page 63, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 611 105th Lane North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33716.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
