NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015 and entered in CASE NO. 2011-CA-002390-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as trustee for the Certificateholders of CWMBS, Inc., CHL mortgage pass-through trust 2007-15, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2007-15 is the Plaintiff and Randy H. Thomason; Elaine E. Thomason; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individually defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Legacy at Lake Jessamine Homeowners Association, Inc..; Debra Wilkinson Botwin, LLC.; Christopher Edwards Meade; Unknown Spouse of Randy Thomason; and United States of America are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com @ 9:00 AM on the 16th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
