NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010612-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and JAMES KERNOHAN A/K/A JAMES R. KERNOHAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block A, DAVIS SHORES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book S, Page 123, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and to taxes for the year 2003 and thereafter.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
