F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and JAMES LOWERY; KIMBERLY LOWERY; ARBOR RIDGE HOMEOWNERS'S ASSOCIATION OF APOPKA, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 9/30/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
