LOT 58, SETTLERS CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 35 THROUGH 37 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
