NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 27, 2015,and entered in Case No. 53-2013-CA-000500 SE of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARTIN E WACHTER; KIMBERLY K WACHTER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; SETTLERS CREEK OF CENTRAL FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 9/25/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 58, SETTLERS CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 35 THROUGH 37 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
