Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on August 26, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on August 05, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 1, OF SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on September 09, 2015 beginning at 10:00 AM.
