NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001524 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Felicity Alligood, Kenneth Hack, D&J Financial Services, LLC a dissolved Florida Corporation, by and through David P. Dey Manager, as Trustee under the Perry Drive #103 dated January 26, 2006, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 11th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
