Property address: 4614 Devon Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33813 will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on September 15, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
