NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the5th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 53-2012-CA-005060-0000-LK, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EDWARD J. COTTRELL T.D. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A CASH COTTRELL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 155 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1110 FEET OF THE SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 SECTION 23 TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 1036.9 FEET THEREOF, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
