Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15001164CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE10, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE10, Plaintiff, and THOMAS E. HENSLER; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 11 day of September, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 552, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 2A THRU 2G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
